 Article 370 Verdict - Supreme Court Calls for Restoration of J&K Statehood The Supreme Court of India has recently passed a monumental verdict on Article 370, calling for the restoration of statehood and an elected government in Jammu and Kashmir. This landmark judgment has major implications for the future of J&K as well as center-state relations in India. Introduction to Article 370 and its Abrogation Article 370 was a constitutional provision that granted special autonomous status to Jammu and Kashmir. Under this article, J&K had its constitution, flag, and autonomy over all matters barring defense, communications, and foreign affairs. However, in August 2019, the central BJP-led government unilaterally abolished Article 370 through a presidential order. This was an endeavor of a group of fans of Dr Kumar Vishvas, coming from different media and management institutes. They took up the project at professional level, collected views of a number of celebrities coming from different walks of life, blended them with some superb shots and Live performances of Dr Vishwas in India and USA. The album is about 'how the world sees Dr Kumar Vishvas'.



कोई दीवाना कहता है......एंड बियॉन्ड" कवि डॉ कुमार विश्वास के विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों के विडियो का संग्रह है। डॉ विशवास के कुछ उत्साही युवा प्रशंसकों द्वारा वर्ष 2010 में यह विडियो बनाया गया, ये प्रशंसक देश के विभिन्न चुनिन्दा मिडिया और प्रबंधन संस्थानों से हैं, जिन्होंने इसे एक पूर्ण परियोजना का रूप दिया। देश के विभिन्न भागों में रहने वाले अलग-अलग कार्य-क्षेत्र की हस्तियों से डॉ विश्वास के सन्दर्भ में बातचीत की गई और उनके देश-विदेश के कार्यक्रमों के वीडियो को मिलाकर खुबसूरत अंदाज़ प्रस्तुत किया गया। इस एल्बम का थीम रखा गया 'दुनिया की नज़र में डॉ कुमार विश्वास' .
