 Article 370 Verdict - Supreme Court Calls for Restoration of J&K Statehood The Supreme Court of India has recently passed a monumental verdict on Article 370, calling for the restoration of statehood and an elected government in Jammu and Kashmir. This landmark judgment has major implications for the future of J&K as well as center-state relations in India. Introduction to Article 370 and its Abrogation Article 370 was a constitutional provision that granted special autonomous status to Jammu and Kashmir. Under this article, J&K had its constitution, flag, and autonomy over all matters barring defense, communications, and foreign affairs. However, in August 2019, the central BJP-led government unilaterally abolished Article 370 through a presidential order. Damages Caused by Deforestation

Trees are said to be the life-givers to human beings. But human beings are not paying any heed to this fact and cutting them mercilessly and endlessly to satisfy their needs. With are population rising at a tremendous rate, the trees and forests are vanishing faster than the blink of an eye. A time will come when the earth will be devoid of trees. Deforestation has led to many serious problems such as depletion of the ozone layer. More pollution means more respiratory disorders, so on and so forth.

Therefore, it is our duty to make India a lush green country by planting more and more trees. Due to deforestation, the weather conditions have changed abruptly. Due to global warming, there is a great increase in temperature. Forests are the shelter of flora and fauna. With the cutting of trees of the forests, flora and fauna has been adversely affected. Trees prevent soil erosion but the felling of more and more trees has caused soil erosion. So, each and every place is turning into a barren wasteland. Moreover, floods have become frequent due to the same reason. If every single Indian takes a pledge to plant even one tree, we could again make our country, our India 'GREEN

The kid with the longest neck The kid with the longest neck has a 15-year-old Fu Wenhui quite a rare medical anomaly. They call him a "giraffe" and he really has a neck about twice as long as other people. And all because if ordinary people usually have 7 cervical vertebrae, then Fu has 10 of them. At the moment, the guy is waiting for a special operation, during which the doctor hopes to remove the extra vertebrae so as not to harm the nervous system and the whole body as a whole. And the problem is not even that the neck is long, but that the extra vertebrae have begun to put pressure on the nerves in the neck area and thereby cause unbearable pain. Interestingly, at the age of 6, doctors noticed that the neck was too long, but they diagnosed scoliosis. Now the doctors realized their mistake and promised to fix it, fortunately there was a sponsor who would pay for an expensive and dangerous operation.
