 Article 370 Verdict - Supreme Court Calls for Restoration of J&K Statehood The Supreme Court of India has recently passed a monumental verdict on Article 370, calling for the restoration of statehood and an elected government in Jammu and Kashmir. This landmark judgment has major implications for the future of J&K as well as center-state relations in India. Introduction to Article 370 and its Abrogation Article 370 was a constitutional provision that granted special autonomous status to Jammu and Kashmir. Under this article, J&K had its constitution, flag, and autonomy over all matters barring defense, communications, and foreign affairs. However, in August 2019, the central BJP-led government unilaterally abolished Article 370 through a presidential order. At every 3 cases 1 person will die of Neo-cov but this is not spreaded in humans , this is only found in animals but we can't ignore it , So stay safe and follow all COVID precautions दोस्तों, कोरोना का ओमाइक्रोन वैरिएंट चारों ओर फैला हुआ है लेकिन राहत की बात यह है कि यह खतरनाक नहीं है | लेकिन चीन (वुहान) ने कोरोना के नियो-कोव वैरिएंट के लिए चेतावनी दी है। दरअसल यह , दक्षिण अफ्रीका के चमगादड़ों से पाया गया है और यह काफी खतरनाक है। प्रत्येक 3 मामलों में 1 व्यक्ति नियो-कोव से मर जाएगा, लेकिन यह मनुष्यों में नहीं फैलता है, यह केवल जानवरों में पाया जाता है लेकिन हम इसे अनदेखा नहीं कर सकते हैं, इसलिए सुरक्षित रहें और सभी कोविड-19 सावधानियों का पालन करें।
